I love the food in subway but I have a massive phobia of sauces and just cross contamination in general.the worker was making this guys food before me and got sauce all over his gloves and then went to make my food and didn’t change the gloves.This made me very uncomfortable and unhappy with my food.Please improve on this.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon around 3.30pm, it was busy at this time as there was two matches on just down the road so we acknowledged we would be waiting, however one older male staff member decided to disappear into the back and left the other young lad deal with the que on his own. We could hear the just eat machine going off so presumably he went back to make the order leaving my friend waiting even longer. There was no meatballs or chicken tikka when he went to order so he went to burger king instead.
As we were eating a woman came in to collect her food she had ordered from JustEat and it hadn't even been started never mind ready. so clearly the older gentlemen couldn't be arsed to help his coworker and was skiving off in the back.To top it all off the lettuce was limp and rotten.
This is not the first occasion that we've experienced similar at this subway and definitely will not be back.
